High concentration, small quantity processing filtration device! A case where working hours were reduced and labor costs were cut.

The person in charge of equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting at Setsunan Kasei Co., Ltd. faced challenges such as, "When cleaning extrusion molding machines that manufacture high-performance plastics, fine particles of materials like resin, minerals, and pigments generated during the manufacturing process flow into the wastewater, making it difficult to process." Therefore, we proposed a product utilizing Fine Wedge, which can filter even small quantities. After implementation, the risk of discharging wastewater mixed with SS was eliminated, resulting in a reduction of about 15 hours of work time per month and a decrease in labor costs. [Challenges] ■ Fine particles of materials generated during the manufacturing process flow into the wastewater, making it difficult to process. ■ We want to consider the environment, so we want to remove those fine particles through a filter. ■ Due to the small processing volume (500L per day), we couldn't find a suitable processing device. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

No large-scale construction is necessary! It can be realized with minimal lead time and initial costs for implementation.

The person in charge of wastewater treatment at the food processing plant reported challenges such as "high SS (suspended solids) concentration in the wastewater from the food processing plant, leading to a high load on the subsequent biological treatment" and "bulking caused by the proliferation of filamentous fungi, making it difficult for sludge to settle and aggregate." In response, we proposed adding the "Fine Arc-60," which can separate with a minimum opening of 20μm (0.02mm), after the conventional screen. After implementation, the reduction in SS concentration led to a decrease in bulking caused by the proliferation of filamentous fungi, stabilizing the wastewater treatment and making operational management easier. [Challenges] ■ High SS (suspended solids) concentration in the wastewater from the food processing plant ■ Continued high load on the subsequent biological treatment ■ Frequent occurrences of bulking due to the proliferation of filamentous fungi, making it difficult for sludge to settle and aggregate, resulting in carryover in the sedimentation tank ■ Need to adjust the flow rate of the wastewater, requiring careful management of the wastewater treatment plant operations *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
